This is a lovely riding top by HKM, it has elasticity and is lined with brushed cotton to keep you warm.  It has a short zip at the front and has a stand up collar or this can be folded down when the zip is undone.   The outer fabric is in a melange look and this top comes in either grey or rust colour.
